Enrollment 

Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. After this on-site visit, the registration process may begin. There are various forms to be completed and others to be read. Once they are read, completed, signed, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved, and the final step is to decide on a start date. 

  

PROGRAM INFORMATION  

 

5 Day Programs 

Regular Program:  9:15am - 3:15pm

Flex-Time:  9.5-hour day (Pre-select a 9.5-hour time frame.  For example, 7:00am - 4:30pm, 7:30am - 5:00pm, 8:30am - 6:00pm)

Extended:  6:30am - 6:00pm

2- & 3-Day Program: 915am - 12:00pm or 9:15am - 3:15pm  

 

Annual Registration Fee 

$300 for the first child, $425 for two or more children.  The registration fee is due with the registration form and is non-refundable.  The fee covers the period from August 6,2025 - August 4,2026.  

 

Deposit

 If your child is not currently enrolled at TLC, a deposit equal to one-month tuition is due with your registration fee.  If you are currently enrolled, and not attending TLC summer programs, the deposit due with your registration fee is equal to 1/2-month tuition. If you are enrolled and do not plan a break in your child's attendance, a deposit is not required. Deposits are fully refundable when notice of registration cancellation is given in writing 60 days prior to the first day of school. Deposits are not refundable with less than 60 days' notice. Deposits are applied to your December tuition payment. Please make your deposit and registration fees payable to The Learning Center, or TLC.

Payments

TLC offers the option of making tuition payments either once monthly, or bi-monthly.  Tuition is due in full with no deductions for absences or holidays.  We accept check, money order, or cashier's checks only.  You may also arrange automatic check payments through your bank.  Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of the month and is late after the close of business on the third business day of the month.  Bi-monthly tuition is due by the first and fifteenth of each month.  Late fees of $10 per day will be assessed to tuition not paid by the close of business on the third and seventeenth of each month.

  

Discounts

If you have two children enrolled at The Learning Center, you are eligible for a 10% discount from the lesser the two tuitions.  If you have more than two children attending The Learning Center, you are eligible for a 10% discount from the total tuition.  

 

Living Word Member Discount

Living Word Church members are eligible for a $25 tuition discount monthly per child.  This discount is applied before applicable family discounts are taken.  

 

Uniforms

Children enrolled in the Teddy Bear, Butterflies, and Pre-K classes wear The Learning Center uniforms Monday-Thursday of each week during the regular school year.  Friday is "free dress".  Used uniforms are made available for resale at the beginning and end of each school year.

Chapel alternates between Mondays and Tuesdays during the school year.  The required Chapel Day uniforms, which must be purchased from www.flynnohara.com are as follows:

Girls:  Chapel Dress and White Blouse with navy piping

Boys:  Navy Sweater Vest with White Button-down Shirt.  Khaki pants or shorts can be ordered here or purchased anywhere local.

The three remaining uniform days of the week, both boys and girls will wear:  

 

 

Polo shirts (with NO brand logo on them) may be purchased from any local stores that sell uniforms:  Children's Place, Target, Academy, Walmart, etc.  Bring the polos to TLC, and we will have them monogrammed with our logo for $5 per shirt.
